SUMMER 2020 UPDATE: As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and in order to maintain the safety of our students and instructors, this summer's Greek Workshop will be conducted remotely. The start/end dates, content, and pace of the course will remain the same. Our instructors are dedicated to maintaining the rigor, engagement, and enjoyment of this course as we take it online. If you have any questions, please email the director, Christopher Jelen, at firstname.lastname@example.org
The Greek Workshop is offered through UC Berkeley Summer Sessions and runs for ten weeks from June 8 to August 14, 2020. No previous knowledge of Greek is required. The course covers Greek grammar in the first six weeks; the last four weeks are devoted to reading works of Greek literature in the original. Full attendance is required.
By University policy, auditors are not permitted.
* Registration for Summer 2020 will open on February 3rd for UC Berkeley students and on February 18th for all other students! *
